Name: Cecil Applewood

Notes: Cecil is a happy-go-lucky kid who also happens to be very intelligent, a born sorcerer, and a prankster. Fortunately for everyone else, his pranks are only aimed at those who “deserve it or need it” and usually consist of very oddly misplaced items, dropdown scrolls with monster faces, and the like. In truth, about a third of his pranks are to cheer someone else up. Although on account of his deeds, Cecil always has a hard time keeping a roommate because they always get involved and help him with his pranks, which the teachers generally don't like.

Name: Evan Scarrock
Specie: Human
Notes: Evan is a fairly laid back kid. In fact, insults barely faze him, as long as they're about him. Those who slander Rampartway's goals and certain values quickly discover how hard it is to outrun Evan. The only reason he gets noticed so quickly (outside of chasing down a jerk) is that he markedly tall for his age. Evan is originally from the western side of the mountains where apparently everyone is taller. He has little to no magic ability, but when you stand almost a head over everyone your age that only means so much. |
Name: Eve Everbrook
Specie: Human
Notes: Extremely shy, Eve is usually seen behind someone else, primarily Holly. Eve typically just lets Holly speak for her. She was rescued from the Advance and has no memory of her family. Yet, there is some speculation that she was from a tribe of healers from the Path's Delta due to her appearance and fascination with white magic. |
Name: Felix Firestorm
Specie: Human
Notes: Felix is from a long line of skilled warrior-mages. However, their power is a combination of determination and talent. Felix himself is about on par with the norm of his family. One might think coming from powerful aristocratic family Felix would be arrogant. He's not, he may have little tolerance for slackers, but he does know his limits. He is a determined, focused child which makes Cecil's antics a constant annoyance. Happily, he does not show true anger often, despite Cecil's behavior. |
Name: Holly Hawthorn
Specie: Human
Notes: What Eve lacks in expressiveness Holly make up for in perkiness. Holly is one of the few kids that do not live in the dormitories. Both her parents live and work in Rampartway. Her mother is considered on of the best cooks in town and Holly frequently invites people over for supper, although there are often kids that invite themselves. Luckily, Holly and her mother generally do not mind. |
Name: Richard Tempusheer
Specie: Human
Notes: Richard is just a normal child, a bit shy and quiet, but normal. At least everyone thought so until bandits attacked his village. The question of his normality came into question after the “demon cat” appeared and saved him. Just what is his apparent connection to the “demon cat?” |
